Write a short profile in your CV

Name your job title or focus, relevant experience, two to three core competencies and the benefit for the target position. Three to five short lines are enough.

Avoid phrases like “motivated and reliable”. More precisely: “Project manager with six years of experience in international software introductions and focus on process optimization.”

Career starters emphasize training, internships and specialist areas of expertise. Career changers highlight transferable skills and the connection between previous experience and new goals.

The profile should reflect the most important requirements of the respective position without repeating the CV. Only use terms and skills that you can actually demonstrate.
